Solution Most cable modem orders are shipped within 48 hours of the purchase date. Depending on delivery time with Fed Ex, shipment can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days. Watch your inbox for an e-mail confirming your Fed Ex shipping and tracking information. This will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. You may use your Fed Ex tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Note: Your tracking number may not be available on the Fed Ex Web site until 6:00 p.m. on the day you received your shipment e-mail.
