Therefore, cable modem orders are unable to be canceled once they are in our system. However, we would be happy to provide a refund on accepted item returns. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All hardware, cables, software and manuals must be included in the original manufacturers box.
A $25 restocking fee will apply to any returns received after 30 days from purchase.
Physically damaged cable modems cannot be returned for credit.
Items returned without original packaging are subject to a $35 charge.
