 I received a "resubmit" letter
Solution If you received correspondence indicating that you need to "resubmit", it means that we are missing an item required for qualification of the rebate.

We require the following:

- A completed rebate form including your internet service order number
- The bar code from the modem box
- A copy of ALL PAGES of your bill indicating high speed internet service
- A copy of your shipping invoice

For a resubmission, please submit copies of the missing items to the address indicated in your correspondence. We allow 21 days from notification to receive the missing item(s) before we have to reject the submission.
