Solution When you are placing your order and hit the "Submit" button, your credit card is "pre-authorized" for the amount of the purchase. Should there be an error in your input and you have to re-submit the order, each submission creates a "pre-authorization" and those funds are reserved on your card. This is standard throughout the credit card industry and is something we do not have control over.

Your card is not actually charged until your order ships. Any additional "pre-authorizations" are removed from your account within 48-72 hours.
